TAC OPS 3 SOUNDTRACK RELEASED
Ever since quitting video games to make way for more composing, laser tag has become a favorite form of entertainment. I've been going to Tac Ops in Fairfield for over a year now. And for me, it's the perfect combination of in-real-life video-game fun and exercise. It's funny to say that since I've been going there a lot, all the staff members know me there now, and I formed amazing friendships there. And since they knew me as a music composer, a few months ago the owner asked me to create a soundtrack album for their newest building in Princeton.
Now that the facility is officially opened, I'm happy to say that that soundtrack album is live at Tac Ops : A Tactical Laser Tag Experience in Princeton, NJ! This is as close as I have so far gotten to composing music for video games and theme parks. So if you're ever there, try to listen to the music that accompanies the games! I hope you enjoy it and makes your experience there that more fun!
FIRST EVER FILM TO COMPOSE
2 years ago my friend Natasha commissioned me to compose music for a short animated film that she had been working very hard on.
Now the movie has a 4-star review and a selection in The Monthly Film Festival! Check out the full movie and review below! And if you enjoy it, please consider voting for it!

ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT
I’ve had the honor of being interviewed by my alma mater, William Paterson University, as an alumni, where I talked about my past experiences at Willy P, and my continuing work as a teacher and composer.
Seattle Pacific University Symphonic Orchestra’s
World premiere of Idio’s Fantasia in D Minor
I am profoundly blessed to have taken part in a small residency here at Seattle Pacific University! I spoke with the composition and education students and present my work as a music teacher at their music ed seminar. But what I've been most happy about is that I got to meet and rehearse with their orchestra as they prepared for their centennial celebration of their music department! I'm so honored to have been a part of their concert as they presented the world premiere of my orchestra work, "Fantasia in D minor, A Psalm for The Voiceless" at the beautiful Benaroya Hall!
Special thanks to Dr. Christopher T. F. Hanson and the student body of SPU and the SPU Orchestra for this wonderful time together.

Special thanks to Dr. LaToya A. Webb and the WLU Wind Orchestra for this extraordinary experience!

It was great talking with the kids and sharing my story about how I became a composer and how I wrote "Lumen De Lumine Caelum", the band piece that they're premiering on October 26. I can't wait to hear them perform my piece!
The future looks bright for the performing arts world!
